The best! Needed my carpets cleaned before putting my home on the market. Chuck came out to give a quote, and he was super flexible in scheduling the actual work. The day of the cleaning, Chuck was running just 5 minutes behind, but had the office call me anyway to let me know of the minor delay and make sure it was ok. Naturally, 5 minutes is no big deal, but the fact that the office would call to check in says a lot about the customer service. The actual cleaning was quick and I was happy with the results and price. Chuck is a true professional in every sense of the word. Don't look anywhere else!

Chuck did an amazing job in my carpets! I have four pets, a baby and a husband in my home...so my carpets needed to have be cleaned! My carpets are now refreshed and any spots that were on my carpets are gone! He walked me through everything beforehand and had me look around afterwards to make sure I liked how the carpets looked. Residential Carpet Cleaning and Pet Stain Removal
I recently contacted Carpet Care Plus about a very last-minute carpet cleaning job in our home to prepare for a large family gathering we were hosting. I contacted them on Sunday and they were able to work me in Monday morning due to a cancellation. I had low expectations since the carpets has supposedly been cleaned before we moved in, but there were some spots when we moved in. I just figured those spots couldn't be removed. To my surprise, the carpets looked practically brand new when Chuck was finished. A couple very faint spots seemed to come back after the carpet dried; Chuck warned me that this was a possibility and told me to let him know so he could fix it. I contacted him, and he came back that day to touch those spots up, as well as some spots from the large family gathering we had over the weekend. Even though some of the spots were caused by the heavy foot traffic from our family gathering, Chuck graciously chalked it up to a re-do on his part and didn't charge us anything. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Residential Carpet Cleaning

Chuck Biagi's Carpet Care Plus recently cleaned my carpet after a sink overflowed and flooded a large section of carpet (soaking through the pad) and did an amazing job. He came over right away, was extremely careful with all of the furniture on the carpeting, and was extremely thorough. Once completed the carpet looked and smelled 1000% better, and the pre-existing pet stains/odor (basset hound and a kitten who got in the habit of peeing on the carpet when we went on vacation) were completely taken care of.

Mr. Biagi was extremely personable, professional, respected our space/belongings, and provided amazing service. I would recommend Chuck Biagi's Carpet Care Plus to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned, whether it be normal maintenance or intense stains.

Great service, he was able to come the very same day. We gave him quite the challenge with some dirty carpets that have been through heavy wear from dogs and young kids that are being potty trained. He did an amazing job and the carpets look great again! Definitely recommend this company!!!

Just recently used Chuck to clean my carpets before putting my house on the market. The carpets were old and had not been cleaned in awhile, but Chuck made them look great. The price was excellent and he was on time and in and out in a couple of hours. I had him back after the sale of the home to clean the carpets after the move out and boy did they look great for the new owners. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.

Excellent service and outstanding results! My floors at home are carpeted from wall to wall. Since my daughter was born, my carpet has suffered from spilled milk to mushy food and all you can think of. I love parties too and wine spills are evident on my carpet. I was in desperate need of a professional cleaning but with the looks of all the stains and dirt on it, which accumulated throughout the years... I thought I needed to replace my carpet, after all, I would'nt want my daughter to be crawling all over that filthy carpet! Chuck Biagi came to the rescue. He came highly recommended by my husband who has witnessed his work in the past. I did not expect to come home to see my carpet fully washed and cleaned. The wine stains and all the mystery stains were gone! Honestly, it was like brand new!!! It was an awesome surprise gift from my husband that is highly appreciated to this day! Chuck Biagi told me that he cleans upholstery too. That is surely my next project! I am a believer of Chuck Biagi's Carpet Care Plus and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family!
